What is AWANA?

A.W.A.N.A. (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) takes its name from 2 Timothy 2:15 “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” AWANA is a totally engaging, age-appropriate time of Bible teaching, activities in the gym, fun competition, healthy friendships, adult guidance, Scripture memory and encouragement area all part of the incredible AWANA experience.
